Bundesweit fahren die Medien gerade eine Empörungswelle hoch, nachdem die SPD-Bürgermeisterin von Herdecke (NRW) mit 13 Messerstichen angegriffen wurde, in Lebensgefahr schwebt. Unterschwellig wurde sofort über eine "politische Tat" spekuliert, natürlich in der Hoffnung, rechte Täter zu finden. Doch schon nach wenigen Minuten gibt es eine Wende: Die Polizei hat den Adoptivsohn abgeführt, ihm Handschellen angelegt und Maßnahmen der Spurensicherung durchgeführt.
Der junge Mann, der trotz Verpixelung als Migrant erkennbar ist, scheint also derzeit der Hauptverdächtige zu sein. Auch, wenn betont wird, es sei nur zur Spurensicherung - aber wohl kaum mit Handfessel und augenscheinlich auch Fußfessel.
War wohl nichts mit "rechtem Terror", sondern eher mit der alltäglichen Importgewalt.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
