Судя по всему дедушке на всю эту историю было достаточно наплевать, тем не менее формальности надо было соблюдать, тем более в 1951 году. В протоколе все четко:
ВОПРОС – Как теперь храните партбилет. ОТВЕТ – Надежно.
А в шапке дела указано, как именно стоит соединяться пролетариям всех стран: секретно.
