Зампредседателя комиссии Михаил Русаков обратил внимание на систематическое подтопление подвалов жилых домов в его округе. А вице-спикер Игорь Подзоров поднял вопрос о частых отключениях электричества. Первый вице-спикер Борис Понаморев спросил: во всех ли домах Липецка есть отопление?
