Достаточно перенести столицу в Биробиджан, и вся верхушка общества переместится туда, а за ней интегрированный в государство бизнес, обслуживающий класс и обычные граждане в поисках высокооплачиваемой работы. Так уже было после переноса столицы из Петрограда в Москву. Естественно, развитие инфраструктуры, в сочетании с либерализацией экономики и снижением зависимости регионов от центра, полностью изменило бы модель. Не нужно привязываться к данностям уже уходящей Асабийи, в новой политической эпохе многое может измениться.
