В интернет попало видео с участием 17-летней девушки, снятое без согласия ее матери.
👀Как так вышло?
Дочь заявительницы проходила стажировку в кафе, где девушки-блогеры сняли юмористический скетч с ее участием. Видео набрало свыше 160 тыс. просмотров. В этом злополучном ролике девушку морально подавляли, оскорбляли и даже толкнули в плечо.
❔Что сделала мама девочки?
Женщина попросила удалить видео, но блогеры проигнорировали ее обращение. Тогда она обратилась в Центр правовой помощигражданам в цифровой среде и указала на незаконное использование изображения несовершеннолетней.
Эксперты Центра дали юридическую оценку и направили блогеру требование об удалении видео от имениматери.
Результат – видео было удалено.
