У результаті аварії травми різного ступеня тяжкості отримали пасажир автомобіля Hyundai, водій та пасажир автомобіля Mercedes, а також мотоцикліст. Отримані травми виявилися несумісними із життям для 46-річного водія Mercedes, він загинув під час лікування.
Винуватець автопригоди був тверезий. За порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху, щоспричинили смерть потерпілого, обвинуваченому загрожує до 8-ми років позбавлення волі.
