Но даже после «снижения» цифры пугают: минимальная ставка у Сбера на новостройки — 25,4%, на вторичку — 25,8%, на строительство дома — 26,8%. У ВТБ минимально — 26,7%, у Совкомбанка — от 27,49% при наличии «Халвы».
То есть, несмотря на все «акции», реальная рыночная ипотека — это теперь удовольствие под четверть стоимости жилья годовых. И пока Центробанк не начнет опускать ключевую ставку, массовый рынок недвижимости останется в анабиозе.
