С 2026 года россияне не смогут оформить новый заем в микрофинансовой организации, если у них уже есть непогашенный долг. Об этом заявил глава комитета Госдумы по финансовому рынку Анатолий Аксаков. Он напомнил, что с 2025 года вступит в силу трёхдневный «период охлаждения» при выдаче займов в МФО, а максимальная допустимая переплата будет снижена со 130% до 100%. По словам депутата, эти меры должны сократить долговую нагрузку граждан и ограничить возможность попадания в долговую спираль.
