По его словам, российская армия контролирует 99,7% территории ЛНР, 79% ДНР, 74% Запорожской и 76% Херсонской областей. В Сумской области под контроль ВС РФ перешли 210 кв. км и 13 населённых пунктов.
Герасимов подчеркнул, что СВО будет продолжена. Он также сообщил об уничтожении на Украине конструкторского бюро и производственных мощностей ракетного комплекса «Сапсан», включая цеха по выпуску боевых частей, систем управления и ракетных двигателей.
