Как стало известно из сообщения главы Донецкой ОВА Вадима Филашкина, количество пострадавших в результате авиаудара по г. Краматорск 19 мая увеличилось до трёх человек. Ранее сообщалось о двух пострадавших. Повреждены 29 частных домов.

В Херсонской ОВА сообщили, что в больницу обратилась 51-летняя женщина, пострадавшая в результате обстрела г. Херсон 11 мая. У женщины диагностированы контузия, взрывная и закрытая черепно-мозговая травмы. Таким образом, всего вследствие той атаки пострадали три человека.
– Белгородская область
По сообщению губернатора Белгородской области Вячеслава Гладкова, в больнице скончался один из двух мужчин, получивших ранения в результате удара БПЛА в с. Рождествено 14 мая.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
