В первый день Первенства АО "СХК по многоборью ГТО работники комбината пробовали свои силы в прыжках в длину с места, подтягивании из виса на перекладине, подъёме туловища из положения лёжа на спине, наклоне вперёд из положения стоя на гимнастической скамье, сгибании и разгибании рук в упоре лежа на полу, метании гранаты.

Впереди - забеги на длинные и короткие дистанции.

❗ Обращаем внимание участников на то, что дата беговых соревнований изменена. Ждем всех на стадионе "Янтарь" 26 мая в 18:00.

Итоги командной борьбы будут подведены после проведения всех испытаний многоборья.
