تمكّنت قيادة الأمن الداخلي في محافظة حمص من إلقاء القبض على المدعوين محمد الجاسم ورائد أحمد الحمود، إثر قيامهما بإطلاق النار على إحدى دوريات الأمن الداخلي أثناء جولتها الميدانية في منطقة تل الشور بريف المحافظة الغربي، ليلة أمس، ما أسفر عن استشهاد أحد عناصر الدورية وإصابة عنصرين آخرين بجروح متفاوتة.

أظهرت التحقيقات أن المقبوض عليهما من أصحاب السوابق، ومطلوبان سابقًا على خلفية قضايا سلب وسطو مسلّح.

أُحيل الموقوفان إلى القضاء المختص لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقهما، وتشدد وزارة الداخلية على استمرار جهودها الأمنية في حماية المواطنين وتحقيق الأمن والاستقرار.

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
