خبر درگذشت مدرّس توانمند ماموستا ملا علی سعادتی افشاری ، جامعه علماء و طلّاب را مغموم نمود ، مرحوم ماموستا سعادتی ، مجاز وصِهر مدرّس و مجیز والا مقام کوردستان ، مرحوم ماموستا ملا باقر بالک بود ، ماموستا سعادتی عنفوان عمر شریف خود را در تربیت وتعلیم طلّاب صرف نمود ، اینجانب درسال ۴۹ در روستای کانی‌میران مریوان مشرّف شرفیابی و مستفیض إفاضات آن بزرگوار گشتم ، لذا این مصیبت وارده را به خانواده‌های محترم سعادتی و مدرّسی وبه جامعه علماء کوردستان تسلیت عرض نموده و رضوان وجنان را برای آن مرحوم و صبر و أجر را برای متحزّنان این مصیبت از الله متعال خواستارم ،
