Для ускорения и упрощения процесса формирования огнеупорной футеровки индукционных печей в ООО НПП «ВУЛКАН-ТМ» разработана технология производства сменных картриджей для установки в индукционных печах в качестве тиглей.

Использование картриджей значительно сокращает срок подготовки огнеупорной футеровки индукционной печи к плавке: взамен 72 часов – не дольше 6 часов и увеличивает срок службы тигля. Также значительно упрощается процесс демонтажа отработанной футеровки.
