Сейчас налог на прибыль «Транснефти» рассчитывается по общеустановленной ставке 20%. С 1 января 2025 года она должна вырасти до 25%, как и для всех российских организаций, что предусмотрено федеральным законодательством, принятым в 2024 году. Но разработанные поправки предполагают, что для ПАО «Транснефть» будет установлена «ставка по налогу на прибыль организаций в размере 40%».
Так как государству принадлежит более 3/4 компании, вариантом могли бы быть просто повышенные дивидендные выплаты. Но есть же еще менее четверти миноритариев. Так что текущее предложение - это очередной звоночек инвесторам в российский рынок акций.
