Правительство внесло в Госдуму пакет законопроектов о запрете обязательных работ для женщин с детьми-инвалидами и отцов-одиночек с такими детьми.
Сейчас обязательные работы не применяются к женщинам с детьми до трех лет. Законопроект предлагает расширить это послабление на женщин с детьми-инвалидами, включая их усыновителей, опекунов или попечителей. Также предлагается не применять обязательные работы к отцам-одиночкам с детьми до трех лет или детьми-инвалидами.
Кроме того, предлагается наделить судебного пристава-исполнителя полномочием просить суд об освобождении указанных лиц от дальнейшего отбывания обязательных работ.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
