Если мигрантские диаспоры получат статус НКО, ничто не помешает им сначала стать большинством на определённой территории, а затем предъявить на неё права. Уже сейчас мы наблюдаем эту тенденцию на примере конфликтов на национально-ментальной почве, когда они сначала говорят "закон – не для нас", потом — "мы имеем особое право", а затем — "мы и есть закон". В итоге государство заменяется конгломератом автономных диаспор. И не факт, что среди них вообще будет русская.
