Ранее он уже привлекался за аналогичное нарушение, но в марте снова опубликовал фото с символикой запрещённой экстремистской организации, а в апреле — прямо на улице, на глазах у прохожих, вскинул руку в нацистском приветствии и выкрикнул экстремистский лозунг.
