14 октября — Покров Пресвятой Богородицы. Кто-то отмечает в храмах, а мы встретили его в полевой часовне. Звучит, конечно, громко — «часовня». На деле это помещение, которое ребята сами обустроили. Но когда заходишь туда, чувствуешь — место намоленное.

Отец «Крёстный» приехал к нам в камуфляжной куртке, с крестом. Исповедовал бойцов, причастил, провёл молебен.

Многие ребята подходили. Кто давно не исповедовался, кто вообще впервые. На войне люди быстро понимают, что важно, а что — мишура.

После службы «Крёстный» поговорил с бойцами: про жизнь, про веру, про то, как правильно держаться. Мужчина, короче.

Спасибо ему за визит. И всех с прошедшим Покровом! Пусть защитит.
