20 мая в Детском технопарке «Кванториум» прошёл Демо-день проектно-образовательного интенсива «Проектариум», в котором приняли участие обучающиеся Академической гимназии им. П.П. Максимовича, МБОУ СШ № 53 и МОУ «Тверской лицей», директора, учителя, родители образовательных организаций города Твери.

В основе интенсива — научно обоснованная педагогическая технология создания проектов, сочетающая культурологический подход, принципы личностно-развивающего образования и элементы проектного управления.

Автор технологии, Ален Павлович Сильченко, к.пед.н., доцент кафедры математического и естественнонаучного образования, зам. директора ИПОСТ по цифровому развитию образовательного процесса.

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
