Аляксандр Клачко абазначыў асноўныя стратэгічныя і тактычныя задачы, якія ставіць перад сабой фракцыя "Воля":
- падтрымка ветэранаў, добраахвотнікаў, рэалізацыя праекта беларускіх вайсковых падроздзелаў на тэрыторыі краін ЕЗ;
- рэалізацыя праекта Нацыянальнага пашпарта Беларусі, увядзенне паліграфа для адказных супрацоўнікаў і дэлегатаў КР.
Аляксандр звярнуў увагу спадара Паўла на адсутнасьць прадстаўніка фракцыі "Воля" ў дэлегацыях КР міжнароднага ўзроўня.
