🔹به گزارش روابط عمومی استانداری تهران، سید کمال‌الدین میرجعفریان، عصر سه شنبه در حاشیه جلسه ستاد بحران با اشاره به دريافت گزارش‌هاى هواشناسي مبنى بر تداوم برودت و سردی هوا در استان تهران و ضرورت توجه به مديريت مصرف انرژى اظهار کرد: بر این اساس فردا چهارشنبه ۸ اسفندماه، مدارس در تمام مقاطع تحصیلی غیرحضوری وکادرآموزشی مجاز به حضور درمدارس واستفاده ازسیستم گرمایش نمی باشند فعالیت ادارات و دانشگاه‌ها بصورت حضوری دایر خواهد بود. 🔹معاون استاندار تهران با تاکید بر توجه به رعایت مصرف انرژی گفت: از همه شهروندان گرامی تقاضاداریم نسبت به حداکثر صرفه جوئی اهتمام ویژه داشته باشند.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
