На эфире продолжили раскрывать причину насилия среди детей (в т.ч. буллинга) с точки зрения общества. По сути мы имеем дело с СОЦИАЛЬНЫМ ЯВЛЕНИЕМ, а значит работать с этой проблемой нужно на макро уровне, с уровня государства.
К сожалению государство не сильно озабочено этой проблемой, и возникает впечатление, что оно и является первопричиной этого социального явления. Поэтому обсуждать и искать пути решения обязаны мы, народ, иначе мы получим морально искалеченное поколение.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon." Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
