— Скрипт StrokeColorFromFill — копирует цвет заливки в обводку (можно даже сделать его светлее/темнее), а потом просто удаляем заливки через панель Color.
— Плагин Phantasm по подписке Astute Graphics — добавляет в меню Object → Path две команды: Swap Fill and Stroke и Swap Fill and Stroke with Effects.
