31-летняя красотка начала карьеру весьма стремительно. Уже в 20 лет, будучи студенткой, она была одним из руководителей в ООО «Мосдорстрой». Потом оказалась в Туле - в 23 года ее назначили замдиректора ГУ ТО «Тулаавтодор» с многомиллиардными бюджетами.

Потом прыжок в Подмосковье. В 26 лет Аипова стала советником Игоря Трескова, тогда еще министра транспорта, через год - его замом. В 28 лет перешла в министерство благоустройства МО. А в январе этого года получила под свою юбку опеку целое ведомство - Главное управление содержания территорий.
