Переход на электронные медкнижки отложен до 2026 года: что нужно знать работодателям
Минздрав России в очередной раз перенес сроки полного перехода на электронные медицинские книжки. Согласно опубликованному проекту приказа, бумажные медкнижки сохранят свою силу до 1 сентября 2026 года.
Изначально планировалось завершить переход на электронный формат уже в 2024 году, затем срок был продлен до 2025 года. Теперь работодатели и сотрудники получили дополнительный год для адаптации к новым требованиям.
В течение переходного периода будут действовать два варианта оформления медицинских книжек:
- традиционный бумажный формат на защищенных бланках с голографическими марками (с обязательным внесением данных в Единый реестр)
- электронный формат согласно приложению 1 к Приказу Минздрава №90н
Важно отметить, что ранее выданные бумажные медкнижки продолжат действовать, и в них можно будет вносить новые сведения.
