сегодня слушание сперва задержали почти на час, а через 15 мин после начала перенесли на 13.03. Причина снова в адвокате Дубаса: он сменил адвокатскую палату, а это значит у него забрали старое удостоверение, а новое дать еще не успели.
Судья даже как будто хотела провести, т.к вроде уже были прецеденты и проведения слушания и отмены, но прокурор сказал что этого делать нельзя, т.к на апеляции за это можно зацепиться как за нарушение процессуального порядка.
В общем, мы с этим ничего не можем поделать, остается только злиться.
