Письмо главы Военно-морского министерства адмирала Николая Кузнецова на имя первого заместителя Предсовмина СССР и председателя Бюро по военно-промышленным вопросам Николвю Булганину от 19 мая 1952 года с просьбой разрешить съемочной группе фильма «Адмирал Ушаков» получать пайки из запасов флота.
Как объясняется в письме, съемки «Адмирала Ушакова» проходили на кораблях черноморского флота и съемочная группа во главе с режиссером Михаилом Роммом должна была находиться в море в течение 3 месяцев без возможности как-либо закупить продовольствие.
Николай Кузнецов предлагает кормить работников кино за счет фондов ВМФ по военно-морской норме. Впрочем, киногруппа должна будет возместить флоту эти расходы.
23 мая вышло постановление Совета министров СССР за подписью Сталина о снабжении участников съемочной группы «Адмирала Ушакова» морскими пайками за плату.

In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using.
