Незнакомый Рязанской области Михаил Семёнов, который успел посидеть в виде-губернаторском кресле чуть больше месяца, на момент задержания исполнял обязанность губернатора Любимова, пока тот грел косточки был в отпуске.
Сейчас уже и СК, и сам Семёнов опровергают то, что это действительно случилось, говоря, что странно доверять непроверенной информации, и что на самом деле вице-губернатора в заповеднике не было. Видимо, всё-таки хватило денег подкупить и СК, и некоторые СМИ. Ну а что, им все можно.
