В 60 наших сёл в этом году придёт скоростной интернет. Проведём его по региональному проекту «Цифровизация сельских поселений».

Все сёла, где больше 250 жителей, мы уже подключили к оптоволоконным сетям. Дальше – населённые пункты от 100 человек. Чтобы даже в самых маленьких и отдалённых деревнях была хорошая связь, чтобы люди могли удалённо учиться и работать, оформлять госуслуги.

Мобильная связь станет лучше благодаря нацпроекту «Цифровая экономика», который реализуется по поручению нашего Президента. Новые вышки сотовой связи с широким радиусом покрытия появятся в 39 сёлах.

However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
