Число погибших от российского ракетного удара по Кривому Рогу выросло до 18 человек, и половина из них — дети. Об этом вскоре после полуночи по местному времени объявила Днепропетровская областная администрация.
До этого местные власти сообщали о 16 погибших, в том числе шести детях, и о 39 раненых в больницах, в том числе в крайне тяжелом состоянии.
Минобороны России лгало, что удар якобы был нанесен по ресторану, где собрались украинские и иностранные офицеры.

They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
