З нормальним конкурсом, з повноцінною переатестацією, з конкретними строками. Ну тобто все включили, що так не подобається Татарову і ко)

В цій версії навіть трошки покращили конкурси в частині участі РГК 😉

💁‍♂️Так що, якщо хтось там з топ-політиків дуже хоче поспішати з БЕБ….ось законопроект….більшість співавторів члени коаліції) Неробам з уряду просто можна просто дати команду - не заважати.

Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
