Ранее рекордсменом по премии среди эмитентов ААА-сегмента (207 б.п.) был выпуск РусГидро, БО-П13, книга по которому была собрана 20 мая.
Размещение Ростелекома создает предпосылки для дальнейшей положительной переоценки облигаций с фиксированным купоном на вторичном рынке. При этом потенциал сужения кредитных премий сохраняется, ждем постепенного достижения среднеисторических значений (по высококлассным корпоративным эмитентам это ~80-120 б.п.).
