Мол через "инсайт" (или все-таки "инсайд"?) от "башни" узнали о "хитром плане" решения какой-либо политической проблемы.
Проблем у "хитрых планов" в политике две:
1). "Хитрые планы" действуют ровно до того момента пока не становятся достоянием общественности. Как только о них узнают - они из "хитрых" становятся просто планами и им начинают активно противодействовать.
2). На каждый "хитрый план" есть другой "хитрый план", от противника, союзника или случайного прохожего. При проведении в жизнь "хитрые планы" немедленно вступают в конкуренцию, и... аннулируются, а события продолжают совершаться по объективным законам развития (открыть бы их наконец).
Кстати, именно по этому, конспирологические теории "тайных правительств" и "теневого управления обществом" не имеют никакого практического смысла.
