сегодня только первая тренировка.
✔️я приехала почти за час до тренировки, чтобы спокойно все найти ✔️купила абонемент на пол года ✔️уже познакомилась со своим тренером — потрясающе заряженная девушка! очень мотивирует на спорт
тренировка в 11:00, через 15 минут выдвигаюсь на беговую дорожку, нужно немного разогреться и походить на дорожке пару минут.
после тренировки отпишусь как все прошло первый раз спустя 2,5 года. ❤️
