7️⃣апреля ежегодно в мире с 1950 года отмечается День здоровья. В честь этого в #КМТ мы проводим неделю профилактики «Здоровье для всех», которая напоминает нам о важности активного образа жизни.
⚡️Наши студенты активно участвуют в веселых мероприятиях и учатся правильно укреплять свое здоровье!
Эта неделя запомнится точно, ведь у нас проходит:
🌟Турнир по настольному теннису — участники демонстрируют отличную спортивную форму! 🌟Активные перемены, где мы учимся стоять на баланс-борде, стреляем из лука, играем в мяч, делаем зарядку и многое другое! 🌟Лекции о важности формирования полезных привычек и вреде зависимостей!
А ещё вчера мы успели провести финальное обучение по Игротеке, и теперь ребята точно смогут умело играть в разные настольные игры 🎲
