При том антирейтинге, который имеет Калиматов на территории собственной республики, это, скорее всего, своеобразный аналог Послания с теми же характерными позитивныеми дефинициями. Однако на рейтинге Калиматова этот позитив никак не сказался - его в сводках нет. Видимо, слухи о том, что в этом году он покинет свою должность, вовсе никакие не слухи.
