Новорічні податкові штрафи для ФОПів стають все реальнішими.
Зеленський за 14 днів, відведених Конституцією України, так і НЕ підписав закон про внесення змін до Податкового кодексу (проект №9319), яким запровадження військового збору для ФОПів переноситься з 1 січня 2025 року.
А податкова служба за діючою з 1 грудня 2024 року нормою Податкового кодексу ЗОБОВ'ЯЗАНА була нарахувати військовий збір для ФОП першої, другої та четвертої груп до 20 грудня 2024 року – хоча станом на сьогоднішній ранок цього ще НЕ зробила (по факту порушуючи закон).
В свою чергу ФОПи теж мали сплатити військовий збір за грудень до 20 числа (включно), і хто цього не зробив – ВЖЕ порушив діючий закон (бо зміни ще не підписані).
ФОПи, які через запровадження військового збору та відновлення сплати ЄСВ з 1 січня 2025 року вирішили закритися до кінця року, НЕ можуть цього зробити, бо реєстри Мін'юсту НЕ працюють після кібератаки.
Податкові паски для фізичних осіб підприємців затягуються все дужче.
