Я беру занятия для продвинутого уровня — с Аней Лунеговой, Татьяной Кошкаровой и Дарьей Григорьевой, и за полтора часа из любого состояния прихожу в ресурс. Нагрузка ощутимая, но посильная, преподаватели чуткие, темп позволяет успевать сонастраиваться с телом. Тем, кто также в поиске онлайн-йоги — рекомендую. 🤍
