Идея, конечно, интересная, вот только непонятно, как она может помочь ликвидировать недобор на бюджетные места. Ведь дело не в том, что кто-то не сдает ЕГЭ по русскому — его сдают все, а в том, что сокращается число желающих сдавать ЕГЭ по физике и профильной математике. А из сдающих многие не могут набрать минимальный балл.
