Липецкая область встретит марш-эстафету 4 мая под Ельцом. Из Воронежской области в наш регион передаётся гигантская Копия Знамени Победы, площадью 200 кв. м.
▫В Ельце - Городе воинской славы - церемония развертывания Знамени Победы состоится в 15:00 на Красной площади.
