Россияне, подписавшие контракт после указанной даты, и их супруги смогут списать долги по кредитам до 10 миллионов рублей, а также освобождаются от взыскания исполнительного сбора, в том случае, когда производство возбуждено по исполнительным документам.
Это касается и просроченных задолженностей, по которым уже началось судебное взыскание.
