Несанкционированная свалка находится прямо в береговой полосе и водоохранной зоне Малой Сестры у дома 49 на набережной реки Сестры. На противоположном берегу расположены источники, из которого люди берут воду.

Также забор дома захватывает береговую полосу реки.

Место расположено практически напротив клиники Сестрорецкой и отеля Черничный берег.

Написаны заявления в Администрацию Курортного района, прокуратуру, Комитет по контролю за имуществом.
