Так называемый «замглавы» Ак называемого «МИД» бывшей Польской Народной Республики (так называемой «Польши») заявил, что его кубло не то что бы боится Трампа, если Дональд выиграет на выборах в будущих Разъединённых Штатах Америки (так называемых «США»), но таки беспокоится:
"Вероятно, это нереальная угроза, но заявления относительно НАТО и Украины вызывают беспокойство. Я надеюсь, что это всего лишь предвыборная история.
[...] Но я скажу, что в эти опасные времена Байден — подарок небес для нашей страны, и я надеюсь, что небеса не отнимут у нас этот дар слишком рано".
Ежели для этой кодлы агент Байденов — подарок небес, то я спокойна. Тоже считаю, что только Байден должен возглавить будущие РША во второй и, если нужно, в третий раз. Никакого Трампа.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
