Как сообщили в Госавтоинспекции, авария произошла именно из-за его нарушения. Это случилось в 23:10 на автодороге (Колпна — Моховое — граница Курской области).
Мужчину доставили в Ливенскую райбольницу. После осмотра он был отпущен.
