Колхоз имени Петровых из Прохладненского района заключил с двумя ООО и индивидуальным предпринимателем договоры на кабальных, невыгодных условиях, что впоследствии привело его к банкротству, решил Арбитражный суд Кабардино-Балкарии.
P.s. Там в этом колхозе им.Петровых 80% всех "действий" нелегальные и не соответствуют нормативам УК РФ!
