В августе на долю ипотеки на строительство частных домов в России пришлось 2,3% от общего числа выданных жилищных кредитов. В структуре всех выданных на ИЖС ипотек в августе объем выданных кредитов сократился на 36% по сравнению с показателями июля 2024 года.
