Не знаю, что из этого получится: давно отвык быть внятным по утрам. Но вдруг что-то да и получится, а для преданных поклонников без регистрации и СМС есть видеоформат (VK).
Называется "В сухом остатке". Немножечко двулично, но формат съемки позволяет скрыть четыре килограмма, набранных за прошедшую зиму.
