Стрельба из лука в отличии от следж-хоккея не такой динамичный и активный спорт. Наоборот требует от спортсмена выдержки и дисциплины. Казалось бы, что может быть проще? Присел поудобней, натянул тетиву и пустил стрелу! На самом деле при натяжение тетивы участвует большая группа мышц верхней части тела. Подобно тяготению весов - напряжение в этих группах мышц сохраняется несколько секунд при прицеливании вплоть до момента выпуска стрелы💪💪💪
