☀️ این جایزه، در سالن همایش‌های بین‌المللی صداوسیما از سوی رئیس‌جمهور اهدا شد. ۲۰ نفر به‌عنوان نخبگان و برگزیدگان نهایی این جایزه معرفی شدند که دکتر حسن بیورانی از دانشگاه کردستان یکی از آن‌ها بود.
